The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided us with a map and gave great recommendations on places to visit and eat. They even accommodated our vegetarian and vegan diets. The location was excellent, with easy access to metro stations. The free tea and coffee, as well as the trust-based system for beer and wine, was a nice touch.

Great location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. We had a wonderful time sitting on the amazing terrace area in the evening, and the honesty bar was a nice touch. The breakfast was lovely and the room had noise suppression. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The staff were very nice, providing excellent service from the moment we arrived until we left. They were friendly, helpful, and available whenever we needed them. The room was super clean and comfortable, with a great shower and a fantastic TV. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with choices. The hotel's location was perfect, being within walking distance to main attractions including the Sagrada Familia and the old city. It was also conveniently close to transportation, just a short walk from the Plaza Catalunya station. The hotel itself had great facilities, including a 24/7 coffee machine and a nice resting area with a balcony.

The location is perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions. It is close to the city center, near Catalunya square, and within walking distance to the old city. The rooms are comfortable, with great sized bathrooms and excellent facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service. The breakfast selection is excellent, with a variety of hot and cold options. There is also a lounge area and outside terrace where you can relax.

I had an amazing stay at this centrally located place. The staff here was extremely friendly and always happy to assist me. The room was clean and had all the amenities that I needed for a comfortable stay. The terrace was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The tours/ticket assistance provided by this hotel were a great help in planning my daily itinerary.
